Jaycee Kim joined the firm in 2006 after many years as a legal assistant/paralegal with a law firm, where she focused on preparing retailer license applications, submitted to the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Boards. Jaycee obtained her Master’s Degree in Event Management from The George Washington University in 2003. Before that she graduated from Ewha Womans University in Seoul, Korea. She also worked as an executive assistant to the Superintendent at a top hospital in Seoul. At Lehrman Beverage Law, Jaycee has wide-ranging responsibilities including Beverage Alcohol Regulatory Specialist, Legal Assistant, and Administration Manager.
Jaycee has assisted clients and attorneys with thousands of labels from all over the world. She has also assisted clients, worldwide, with many hundreds of beverage formulas and hundreds of permit matters.
In her free time, she enjoys yoga, swimming, and working out at the gym.
