Oakton, VA – Lehrman Beverage Law, PLLC (“LBL,” and often “BevLaw”) is excited to announce a leadership transition as, effective April 1, 2025,[1] Attorneys T. Marshall Fawley III, Frank Y. Knizner, and John D. Messinger are named Partners and Principals of the firm. Robert C. Lehrman, the founder of LBL, will continue to serve as Partner and Founding Attorney.
After more than 23 years of leading LBL to its position as one of the top law firms solely focused on the beverage and non-beverage alcohol industry in the United States, Mr. Lehrman is passing the torch to the next generation of attorneys. With a continued commitment to providing comprehensive, sensible, and cost-effective legal counsel, the firm will expand its services to support clients in the ever-evolving alcohol industry.
