TTB Permits
Over the course of 20 years, the attorneys at Lehrman Beverage have handled a great many permitting matters at the federal/TTB level. Lehrman Beverage Law has substantial experience with federal DSP (beverage and industrial), winery, brewery, wholesale and importer permitting. We have a longstanding good working relationship with TTB’s National Revenue Center (NRC) in Cincinnati and extensive experience with TTB’s Permits Online (PONL) system. Our attorneys have assisted clients with more complex permitting issues including alternating proprietorships, alternating premises, and ownership changes (changes in proprietorship or control). We believe we can normally seek and obtain approvals much quicker and more easily, compared to others who use these systems and work with TTB permits less often.
