Daniela Curran joined Lehrman Beverage Law in 2022 as a Legal Assistant.
Daniela assists LBL attorneys with both federal and state alcohol beverage issues.
Federally, Daniela assists with obtaining formula and label approvals from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (“TTB”). She also conducts legal research for her supervising attorneys.
On the state side of beverage law, Daniela assists both her supervising attorneys and clients with state license applications to ensure an efficient timeline from initial inquiry to license issuance. She also has specialized knowledge in container-deposit legislation, or “bottle-bill” states.
On the administrative side, Daniela assists with client intake and recordkeeping.
Daniela graduated summa cum laude from George Mason University with a BA in Government and International Politics and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. She also earned her Paralegal Certificate from George Mason University in 2023.
In her free time, Daniela enjoys attending concerts, playing video games, reading fiction novels, and spending time with friends, family and her two cats (Jade and Mabel).
